Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Information

These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the spotitap.com website, operated by Spotitap, whose headquarters are located in Beaune, France. For any questions: contact@spotitap.com.

2. Products

Spotitap sells custom NFC and QR codes (plexiglass, wood, social media, Google reviews, restaurant menus, Plaque Pro). The key features of each product are described on the corresponding product page.

Spotitap reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time. Products are offered while supplies last.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include all taxes. Spotitap reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are listed separately when you place your order.

4. Order

To place an order, the customer must:

1. Select the product(s) and add them to your cart
2. Enter your shipping and billing information
3. Select a payment method
4. Confirm the order after verification

A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer after payment is processed. The sale is considered final upon receipt of this email.

5. Payment

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfer. All transactions are secured using SSL. Spotitap does not store any banking information.

If payment is declined, the order is automatically canceled.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times are:

• Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days
• International: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is shipped. Spotitap cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

Exception: Customized products (featuring a name, logo, link, or custom design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or Spotitap made a mistake.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method used when placing the order.

9. Warranties

All Spotitap products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. If a defect is found upon delivery, the customer must contact us within 48 hours and provide a photo of the defect. Spotitap will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

10. Personal Information

The data collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing and tracking the order. It is not sold to third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts of Beaune (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
