Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Tunisia and to certain countries in North Africa and Europe. Please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times specific to your country.

What happens if I'm not home when the package is delivered?

The carrier will leave a delivery notice. You can contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery or pick up your package at a pickup location.

My package was damaged when I received it. What should I do?

Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product right away, then contact us at contact@spotitap.com with the photos. We will arrange for a replacement within 48 hours.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or through the contact form, providing your order number.
