The Google review plaque (or card) is the simplest tool to collect reviews in store. Here’s how it works, from order to published review.
The principle
The plaque holds an NFC chip and a QR code linked to your Google review page. The customer taps their phone or scans the code and lands straight on the review form — with nothing to search for.
Setup
At checkout you enter your business name: we automatically generate the link to your review page and print it on the plaque. There’s nothing to configure.
Day to day
Place the plaque on the counter, table or till. At the end of each experience, invite the customer to “tap to leave a review”. It takes five seconds.
Why it works
By removing the effort (finding the business, finding the button), you multiply the number of reviews left. It’s the difference between “I’ll do it later” and an immediate review.
