Receive your product
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
Each product is carefully packaged and ready to use. Inside the package, you'll find your product along with a unique QR code and a link to our setup app.

Do I need an app to use my Spotitap product?
No. Your customers don't need any apps—all they need is a phone. However, you'll use our app at app.spotitap.com to set up and modify your product.
Can I change the delivery address for my license plate after it has been delivered?
Yes, at any time and at no cost. Log in to app.spotitap.com, select your product, and change the destination link in just a few seconds.
How long does the setup take?
Less than 2 minutes. Scan your product's QR code, enter your destination (Google link, Wi-Fi, profile, etc.), and you're all set.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. You pay for your product just once. No subscription, no recurring fees, and no expiration date.
