Why reply

Replies show you’re attentive, reassure future customers and send Google an activity signal. Reply to every review, positive and negative.

Replying to a positive review

Thank, personalise and invite them back. Example: “Thank you {first name} for your feedback! Delighted you enjoyed your visit — see you soon.”

Replying to a negative review

Stay calm, thank them for the feedback, apologise if needed and offer a solution offline. Don’t get into a public argument.
