Creating a QR code menu for your restaurant takes a few minutes. Here are the steps, from file to table holder.
Step 1: prepare your menu
Put your menu in web or PDF format, optimised for mobile: readable text, light photos, up-to-date prices, allergens listed.
Step 2: host it
Publish your menu at a stable URL (a page on your site or a dedicated link). That’s the address the QR code will open.
Step 3: generate the QR code
Create a QR code pointing to that URL. Prefer a “dynamic” QR code so you can change the destination without reprinting.
Step 4: display it
Place the QR on a durable holder — a restaurant menu plaque with NFC/QR sits on the table and withstands daily use.
